A clearer workspace.
A better path from offer to buyer.
The GoCushy redesign brings the everyday selling work into one web workspace—and gives the public site a clearer way to explain it.
This is a look at the redesign now available for staging review. It is not a claim that every production account has moved to the new interface. We are checking the complete journey before that transition.
Start with the offer you want to sell.
The workspace gives your offer room to make sense. Create a draft, define the product and delivery, choose the checkout layout and review the presentation before publishing. Simple bumps and upsells can be configured in the editor, including creating a companion product when you need one.
Products can be shared across offers. That means changing a price or delivery destination deserves more than a quick save: the product editor shows the linked checkouts so you can review the wider effect. Existing subscription agreements remain intact.
Find the order behind the question.
Order filters now work across the order history, rather than searching only the recent rows already on screen. Open Manage to review the purchase, payment items, receipt and available actions. The CSV export follows the same filter scope.
When you need payment-provider evidence, transaction details link to the recorded Stripe, Airwallex or PayPal payment. Use the test-payment link for sandbox activity or copy the saved reference to search within the receiving account.
Keep the connections close to the work.
Payment providers, email tools, accounting, notification channels and follow-up rules belong near the offers they support. The Connections area brings those controls into the workspace while keeping existing permission and credential checks.
Human support is part of the same experience. You can send a support request without needing an external AI client, and a failed send keeps your message so you can retry.
The website should explain what you are joining.
The refreshed showcase distinguishes current checkout layouts from the new illustrative designs. The use-case guide starts with the seller’s product and workflow, while keeping its original illustrations.
Pricing makes the plan and trial terms visible before the next action. Account creation and paid-plan activation are explained separately. The login screen gives returning merchants clearer access and recovery options, including a visible login link on the mobile landing page.
The documentation now introduces the workspace with illustrated guides. Detailed payment and API references remain available, and older interface illustrations are identified where advanced workflows still use them.
Use the web. Add AI when it helps.
GoCushy’s web checkout does not require a desktop app, Pitch, ProductPay or an external AI subscription. Connected AI remains another way to operate supported tasks on the same business records. The seller’s permissions, payment settings and responsibility to the buyer still apply.
What this redesign does not change.
Prices, purchased entitlements, payment-provider rules and existing buyer rights remain in place. Classic access stays available during the transition, including advanced workflows that have not moved completely into the workspace.
We are still completing signed-in staging acceptance and provider callback checks before declaring the transition finished. That is the useful test: an offer that can be created, purchased, delivered and supported—not just a page that looks better.
