Founding Week: What We Shipped, and What's Next

Founding week is here. The cart opens Tuesday, July 28 and closes Friday, July 31. Before I ask anyone to buy, I want to lay out plainly what you're actually getting on day one versus what's on the way — because the fastest way to lose trust with a payments product is to blur that line. So here's the ledger, split into two honest columns.
Live today
Everything in this section works right now, on your own account:
- Two payment rails on your own account. Stripe (via Connect direct charges) and PayPal (your own business account). Every payment settles with you — GoCushy never holds your funds and never becomes the merchant of record. More in Get Paid Your Way.
- Real tax at checkout. Stripe Tax runs against your own registrations, charging the right EU/UK VAT and NZ/AU GST for the buyer's location. Details in Tax, Done Right on Your Own Account.
- Sequential, compliant invoices. Numbered in order, correct tax breakdown, and they flow through to Xero.
- Sale-notification emails. You now get an email the moment you make a sale — see the update.
- Refreshed receipt emails. The buyer's receipt now carries the real GoCushy logo.
- 28 MCP tools. Your AI agent — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor — operates the whole selling machinery: products, offers, bumps, one-click upsells, subscriptions, coupons, refunds, delivery.
- 0% platform fees for life for founding members. You pay only your processor's standard rate.

What's next — the honest roadmap
These are the two big things I'm most excited about, and neither is live yet. I'd rather you buy knowing exactly that.
Airwallex, a third payment rail
For merchants who bill across currencies or want settlement native to the Asia-Pacific, we're building Airwallex as a third rail alongside Stripe and PayPal — same first-party model, where you'd bring your own account keys and the money settles with you. We've built and sandbox-validated the core of it, but it's on a separate track finishing real-card and webhook validation. You can't connect Airwallex today. It rolls out to founding members after that validation — it's the next rail, not a current one.
Automatic B2B reverse charge
Selling to registered businesses across borders usually means you shouldn't charge tax at all — the buyer accounts for it. Doing that safely, per region, with real tax-number validation, is on the roadmap as part of the optional Worldwide Tax & Affiliates Pack. It is coming, not shipped. What's live today is real tax and compliant invoices; the per-region reverse-charge modes are what we're building next.
