Bring Your Team In: Invite a VA or Teammate to Your GoCushy Account
You can now invite your team into GoCushy. Each member gets their own login, an Admin or Support role, their own API key, and mandatory two-factor auth — no password sharing, and role gates keep them away from the money rails.
For a while, GoCushy has been a single-seat account. That's fine when it's just you and your AI running the show. But most people who sell for a living aren't fully solo — there's a VA handling customer replies, or a business partner who needs to see what's happening. Until now, the only way to give them access was to hand over your own login. That's not a real answer, so we built the real one.
GoCushy now supports team members. You can invite the people you work with, give each of them their own login, and decide exactly what they're allowed to touch.
Their own login, never your password
The whole point is that nobody shares credentials. You send an invite, and the person you're inviting gets a secure link. They set their own password and their own authenticator app, and then they're in. You never see their password, they never see yours, and there's no shared login floating around in a chat thread somewhere.
Two-factor auth isn't optional, either. Every member — including you — has to have it on. When more than one person can reach the account, that's not a nice-to-have, it's the baseline.
Roles that keep people out of the money rails
Not everyone on your team should be able to do everything. So each member gets a role:
- Admin — for someone you trust to run the business alongside you: creating offers, managing products, handling the day-to-day.
- Support — for a VA or helper who needs to see orders and help customers, but has no business touching your payment connections or anything destructive.
The account owner stays the sole owner. That doesn't change and can't be handed off by accident. Role gates keep members away from the parts of the account they shouldn't be near — the payment rails, the irreversible actions — so you can bring someone in without lying awake wondering what they can break.
Per-member keys and a full audit trail
Because GoCushy is MCP-native, your team members don't just log into a dashboard — they can point their own AI at the account too. So each member gets their own API key, scoped to their role. Your VA's assistant works within Support limits; your Admin's works within Admin limits. One key per person means you can see who did what, and you can cut off one person's access without disrupting anyone else's.
Every account also gets a full audit trail. When something happens, you can see who did it and when. That's the quiet part of running a business with other people: not micromanaging, just being able to answer "who changed this?" without guessing.
Where it comes from
Team seats are part of the optional Worldwide Tax & Affiliates Pack. At the founding launch that pack is +$95, and it now includes 3 team seats — enough to bring in a VA and a partner and still have room. If you're running solo, you don't need it; if you've got help, it's there.
This is one of those changes that isn't flashy but matters the moment you need it. Your AI still runs the sales, the money still settles on your own Stripe or PayPal, and GoCushy still never holds a cent of it. The only thing that's changed is that now the people who help you run it can have their own way in — safely, on their own login, without you ever handing over the keys to the whole thing.
