Get Pinged in Slack, Telegram or Discord the Moment You Sell
GoCushy can now ping you in Slack, Telegram or Discord the moment you make a sale — plus rebills, refunds and cancellations. Connect a webhook, send a test, and stay in the loop without watching a dashboard. It's a Pro feature.
Not every update is a big feature. Some are just the small things that make running a business feel less like babysitting a screen. This is one of those: GoCushy can now ping you in the chat app you already live in — Slack, Telegram or Discord — the moment something happens with your money.
The ping lands where you already are
You already get an email the moment you make a sale. This is the chat version of that, for people who spend their day in Slack or a Discord server rather than an inbox. When a payment clears on your own account, a message shows up in the channel you chose: what sold, for how much, and to whom.
It's not just the happy path either. GoCushy pings you on the events you actually want to catch early:
- A new sale — one-time, order bump, upsell, or a subscription's first charge
- A rebill — every renewal on a subscription
- A refund — so you know the moment money goes back out
- A cancellation — so a churned subscriber isn't a surprise at month-end
Why this matters when your AI runs the checkout
The whole point of GoCushy is that you run your sales by talking to your AI agent. Your agent in ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor builds the offer, spins up the checkout, and handles the follow-up. That's great — but it also means you're not sitting on a dashboard watching orders roll in.
So the loop has to close somewhere. A real-time ping in the chat app you already have open is how you stay informed without hovering. The agent does the work; the notification keeps you in the know. You find out on your phone, in the same Slack you use for everything else, without refreshing anything.
Setup is a webhook and a test message
There's no integration to install and no OAuth dance. In the dashboard you paste one of three things, depending on your app:
- Slack — an incoming webhook URL for the channel you want
- Discord — a channel webhook URL
- Telegram — a bot token and the chat ID you want the messages sent to
Then you hit Send test, confirm the message lands in the right place, and you're done. If you run a team, point it at a shared channel so everyone sees sales as they happen. If it's just you, a private channel or a Telegram chat with yourself works fine.
A Pro feature
Chat notifications are part of GoCushy Pro. The plain sale email is on by default for everyone; the Slack, Telegram and Discord pings are the Pro upgrade for sellers who want their sales showing up where their team already talks.
Small update, real update
We build in public, and that includes the unglamorous polish — the notification that actually arrives, in the app you actually use. A payment platform earns trust in the details like this, not just the headline features.
If you want the bigger picture of what an AI agent can run on your own Stripe or PayPal — bumps, upsells, subscriptions, tax, invoices and delivery — the use cases page lays it out, and the docs cover the setup. Either way, the money settles on your own account, your AI does the running, and now the moment it happens, you'll know — right there in Slack.
