What does lifetime access include?
The GoCushy founding membership described on this page, with no recurring GoCushy membership subscription and 0% GoCushy platform fees on your founding account. It is access to the hosted service under the service terms, not ownership of the software or a promise that the service can never change or close.
Do I need the US$95 pack to start?
No. The base includes checkout designs, bumps, upsells, subscriptions, bundles, coupons, configured delivery, email integrations and three team seats. The optional pack adds Stripe Tax, sequential tax invoices, Xero auto-filing and your own affiliate programme. You select it at checkout.
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT or Claude?
Not to use the GoCushy dashboard. Connecting an external AI client is optional; the client you choose may have its own subscription, plan or usage requirements. Those services are separate from your GoCushy membership.
Are there any other costs?
Your payment provider’s processing fees and applicable taxes still apply. Any external AI, email, course-hosting or other services you choose have their own terms and charges. The optional US$95 pack is a separate one-time purchase, not a required membership subscription.
Can I keep my website, email tools and Stripe?
Yes. Use a hosted link, popup or inline embed with your website, and connect supported email tools and an eligible payment account. Connecting an existing Stripe account does not automatically migrate subscriptions or external course access. Review and test each offer.
Does GoCushy host my course content?
GoCushy is the checkout and selling layer, not a built-in learning platform. You provide the course or delivery destination and the instructions buyers receive after payment.
How do I get the promotional discount?
One payment for lifetime GoCushy access. No recurring membership bill. Use any purchase button on this page; you don’t need to type a code.
How do I get help or request a refund?
Email hello@gocushy.com with the email address used for your purchase. Ask within 30 days of purchase for a full founding membership refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
